Financial AssistanceSponsorships and Student Fundraising GuideThe National Youth Leadership Forum (NYLF) makes every effort to assist students with gathering funds for part or all of their tuition through fundraising and scholarships. If you require financial assistance, NYLF has prepared a special Fundraising Guide to help you raise the necessary funds within your community. In addition, the Office of Admissions is available to guide you in your fundraising efforts. Need a great idea for fundraising? Read the success stories of students who raised full or partial tuition to attend their program. For more information regarding fundraising, please contact the Office of Admissions. If you or one of your sponsors have fundraising checks to send in, please use this form to submit them. Including this form with the checks will help us to allocate the funds quickly and accurately. |
Scholarship FundIf you have received a formal invitation to the summer 2011 sessions of the National Youth Leadership Forum on Medicine: please check back here in the beginning of October for your scholarship application deadline. In the event that you are preliminarily granted an award, your notification letter will ask you to finalize the award by submitting a copy of the 2009 1040 Federal Income Tax Form from the individual who claimed you as a dependent. The Federal Income Tax form serves as proof of financial need as indicated upon the applicant's Scholarship Application. The National Youth Leadership Forum cannot grant any scholarship money without receiving sufficient proof of income. If you require further information, please contact the Office of Admissions. |
