ADDITIONAL HIGHLIGHTS:

  • A trip to Six Flags Great America, one of the Midwest's biggest amusement parks. The park has more than 100 rides and attractions including 10 roller-coasters. The park also boasts Hurricane Harbor, a massive water park with a giant wave pool.
  • Shopping along the Magnificent Mile of Michigan Avenue, one of the top dining and retail districts in the world.

Dr. Charles Bush-Joseph, MD, Professor, Rush University Medical Center and Head Team Physician for the Chicago White Sox Major League Baseball Club.

Dr. David Howes, Professor of Medicine and Co-Chair, Emergency Medicine, University of Chicago Medical Center.

Steven M. Malkin, M.D., President of the Illinois State Medical Society (ISMS). A board-certified specialist in internal medicine, Dr. Malkin is a member of the Medical Care Group in Arlington Heights and serves on the medical staffs of Alexian Brothers Medical Center and Northwest Community Hospital. He is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians.
