Students who attend National Youth Leadership Forum (NYLF) programs are personally selected for nomination by teachers, mentors and alumni of NYLF or are nominated based on information provided on voluntary pre-college surveys, such as the National Research Center for College and University Admissions' Talent Identification Program. Each attending student must and have achieved a B+ average or above. Students in the 9th, 10th, 11th or 12th grade are eligible to attend the International Forum, which takes place during the summer.
