International Forum

About The Forum

The International Youth Leadership Forum takes place in three of the world’s most exotic locations including Australia, China and Europe. Nominees to the International Forum may choose any one of these destinations to attend and then select one of these career tracks on which to focus: Medicine, Business, International Relations, Environment, Engineering & Technology or Music & Arts.

Each forum is 10 days in length and provides the perfect mixture of activities and challenges, cultural experiences and site explorations. Within each career track, students will explore issues that are relevant to each host country, as well as meet and interact with prominent leaders and students in each location. There is also ample free time built into the daily schedule to enable students to explore these destinations. Because the standards to qualify for nomination and attendance are so strict, only the top students in the nation may attend, ensuring a motivating and challenging experience.

Students may also choose an Optional Add-On following the completion of each 10-day forum to extend their international experience. Students attending the Forum in Australia may also travel to Cairns in the tropical north and visit the Great Barrier Reef and rain forest of Northern Queensland. Students attending the Forum in China can travel to Hangzhou - Shanghai and discover the best of ancient and traditional China as well as its most modern metropolis. Students attending the Forum in Europe may travel to the ancient city of Rome, Italy and discover its remarkable monuments and historic sites.
