Student Code of Conduct

Parent and Student understand that the Forum requires the highest standards of behavior. Student agrees to conduct him/herself in a manner that will contribute to a sense of community among all students and forum staff and foster an atmosphere of mutual respect. Student agrees that he/she will not use tobacco, alcohol or nonprescription controlled substances during the Forum. Student also agrees that he/she will not bring or use any items reasonably considered a weapon, and that he/she will not engage in any threatening behavior or physical altercations while at the Forum. Student also agrees to follow the instructions of the forum staff at all times, participate in all forum activities, not leave the forum group at any time during the Forum and abide by all rules of the Forum including any additional conduct rules or requirements set forth in the forum materials and abide by all forum curfew rules. Parent and Student understand and acknowledge that if, in the sole discretion of the forum staff, Student’s conduct, actions or general behavior is deemed an infraction of this “Student Code of Conduct” and/or any other conduct requirements Student is made aware of, impedes the operation or acts as a disruption of the Forum or impedes on the rights or welfare of any person, such conduct, actions or general behavior may result in Student’s immediate dismissal from the Forum, denial of Student’s Certificate of Completion, Student’s return home from the Forum at Parent’s sole expense and forfeiture of all the forum tuition paid.
